13. Unfinished booking reminders

13.1 If you enter your email address during checkout but do not complete a booking, we may send you a courtesy email inviting you to continue. This does not mean a taxi has been reserved.

13.2 To provide this reminder, we may temporarily retain your email address, name, contact details, journey information, selected extras and the stage reached in the booking process. We use these details only for booking follow-up and not as consent to unrelated marketing.

13.3 Reminders can be sent manually or automatically according to the taxi company’s reminder settings. Automatic reminders are optional for the operator; up to three may be sent. Reminders stop when the booking is completed or the planned pickup time has passed.

13.4 Unfinished booking records are normally retained for up to 30 days. You may request deletion of your unfinished booking information and ask not to receive further reminders by contacting the taxi company using the contact information on this website. The taxi company must ensure an appropriate legal basis and comply with applicable privacy and email rules.
